Hi, I’m Connie! I’m a business consulting for Daycare owners and Founder of The Childcare Leadership Institute. I have spent more than 25 years in early childhood education — starting as a volunteer and working my way through every level of leadership, from teacher assistant to lead teacher, assistant director, and eventually center director.
